John Mark Williams is the owner of The Law Office of John M. Williams, LLC. The firm’s key services focus on the representation of Veterans who pursue VA service-connected disability benefits appeals through higher-level reviews, supplemental claims and Board of Veterans Appeals only; the defense of personal injury and property damage claims; and civil litigation. He and his staff conduct all phases of litigation and has litigated numerous civil cases to jury verdicts on behalf of individuals, businesses, and insurance companies. John has presented on VA disability appeals and civil litigatioin at the American Bar Association, National Bar Association, and Cincinnati Bar Association.
John served 6 years in the Army National Guard as an infantryman and gained valuable knowledge on the military system and navigating the department of Veterans Affairs. He uses this knowledge to represent Veterans in their pursuit of justice for their service-connected disabilities.
